Income Tax Return Filing Windows
Non-audit ITRs are generally due by 31st July; audit cases by 31st October, with the tax audit report by 30th September.
Advance Tax Instalments
Payable in four instalments — 15% by 15 Jun, 45% by 15 Sep, 75% by 15 Dec, and 100% by 15 Mar.
New Tax Regime as Default
The new concessional tax regime applies by default; taxpayers may still opt for the old regime where eligible.
Monthly GST Returns
GSTR-1 is generally due by the 11th and GSTR-3B by the 20th of the following month for regular taxpayers.
E-Invoicing Threshold
E-invoicing is mandatory for businesses above the notified turnover threshold; verify current applicability for your turnover.
Company Annual Filings
AOC-4 (financials) within 30 days and MGT-7 (annual return) within 60 days of the AGM; DIR-3 KYC by 30th September.
PF & ESI Deposits
Provident Fund and ESI contributions are payable by the 15th of the following month.
