1. Agreement to Terms

2. Professional Services
The content on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Engagement for professional services (Audit, Tax, Advisory, etc.) is subject to:
- Formal acceptance of the client through our standard KYC and onboarding process.
- Execution of a specific Engagement Letter outlining the scope of work, fees, and responsibilities.
- Compliance with ICAI's "No Objection Certificate" requirements where applicable.
3. Client Responsibilities
For the efficient delivery of our services, clients are responsible for:
- Providing complete, accurate, and timely information and documentation.
- Ensuring the authenticity of all data provided to us.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary tools or advice shared during the engagement.
4. Fee and Payment Terms
Professional fees are calculated based on the complexity of the task, the time involved, and the seniority of the professionals engaged. Standard terms include:
- Payment of invoices within the stipulated time frame mentioned in the Engagement Letter.
- Reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses (travel, government fees, etc.) incurred on behalf of the client.
- Right to suspend services in case of persistent non-payment of fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the professional services rendered as described in the Engagement Letter. We are not liable for any losses arising from:
- Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
- Changes in law or regulations that occur after the service has been rendered.
- Delays caused by third-party authorities (e.g., IT Department, ROC, GSTN).
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
