Reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses (travel, government fees, etc.) incurred on behalf of the client.
Right to suspend services in case of persistent non-payment of fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the professional services rendered as described in the Engagement Letter. We are not liable for any losses arising from:

Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Changes in law or regulations that occur after the service has been rendered.
Delays caused by third-party authorities (e.g., IT Department, ROC, GSTN).

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
